These terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which One Price Commerce is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that state.

Each party waives any right to a trial by jury and agrees that claims must be brought individually and not as a class, collective, or representative action.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede any prior understandings relating to it.
